Yes. You can continue most of your normal activities during treatment. If you play contact sports, we may recommend an orthodontic mouthguard to help protect your teeth and braces.
Yes. Regular dental cleanings and checkups remain important throughout orthodontic treatment, and we’ll work alongside your general dentist to help keep your smile healthy.
