A warmer kind of orthodontics,
rooted right in the neighborhood.
We focus on enhancing the health, appearance, self-esteem, and confidence of our patients to improve their whole lives.
WHAT SETS US APART
Care that feels like a favorite neighbor, not a clinic.
We built our practice around three things: gentle expertise, real relationships, and an office you actually enjoy walking into.
Every stage of the smile journey.
From first evaluations at age seven to full Invisalign transformations, our menu of care covers every age and every goal.
Clear, comfortable aligners for teens & adults.
For patients who want the results of braces without the look of them, Invisalign uses a custom series of clear, removable aligners to gradually guide teeth into place — no metal, no wires, and fewer of the day-to-day adjustments traditional braces require.
Invisalign treats many of the same issues as traditional braces — crowding, spacing, and many bite concerns — and works well for teens and adults alike.

A healthy start for
growing smiles.
An early orthodontic evaluation can help us understand how your child’s teeth and jaws are developing and whether treatment may be beneficial now or later.
Our goal is never to start treatment before it is needed. We monitor growth and recommend care at the right time for each child.

Keep your smile
right where you love it.
Retainers help protect the results of orthodontic treatment by keeping your teeth in their new positions after braces or Invisalign.
We’ll recommend the right retention plan and help you keep your smile looking its best long after active treatment is complete.
Meet Dr. Julia
With a focus on creating healthy, balanced smiles, Dr. Julia and her team are committed to providing every patient an exceptional experience from their very first visit. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley, before completing graduate studies at Boston University, a Doctor of Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, and her orthodontic specialty training at the University of Michigan School of Dentistry.
Prior to joining the practice, Dr. Julia treated patients at a large orthodontic practice in New York City — experience that shaped the efficient, detail-oriented approach she brings to every case today. She and her team work with the most modern orthodontic technology available, delivering outstanding treatment results alongside a level of personal care patients notice from day one.
Outside the office, Dr. Julia enjoys cooking, shopping, and spending time with her two children. Whatever brings a patient through the door, her goal is the same: to make every single appointment feel personal.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends a first orthodontic evaluation around age 7. At this age, we can see how your child’s teeth and jaws are developing and identify potential concerns early. An early visit doesn’t always mean treatment — sometimes, the best plan is simply to monitor their growth.

While your general dentist takes care of your overall dental health, an orthodontist has additional specialized training focused on tooth and jaw alignment and bite correction. Family Orthodontics is dedicated specifically to orthodontic care, with personalized treatment options including braces, Invisalign®, and early orthodontic treatment. We’ll also work alongside your family dentist throughout treatment to help keep your smile healthy.
