Neena Pressley- Scheduling Coordintor

Neena Pressley is our friendly scheduling coordinator who loves to meet new patients. She is married to her husband Q and lives with her four special pets named Qualla, Sasha, Narni, & Joker. She loves to spend her free time outside with the nature and she enjoys hiking. Neena joined Family Orthodontics with her strong background in customer service. She is our enthusiastic “meeter greeter” who serves our patient’s scheduling needs.

Kathleen Wagner - Financial Coordinator/ Office Team Leader

Kathy has worked in the field of orthodontics since 1998. She is a highly experienced head financial coordinator who arranges our patient's treatment finances . As a Family Orthodontics Office Team Leader, she supports everyday operations to ensure highest quality of service to our patients. She resides with her husband, Matt, and her two children, Jennifer and John, plus their family dogs, Otis & Missi. She is an avid reader and a great cook. She likes to take long walks with her daughter on weekends.

Cathleen (Cathy) Pepe- Financial Coordinator

Cathy Pepe is our knowledgeable financial coordinator who has 25 years of experience in corporate finance. She loves to read, cook, garden, and entertain in her spare time. She is married to her husband, Anthony, and has two children, Mike and Nikki. Cathy enjoys a company of children and loves to interact with our patients and parents. She is also our administrative team leader in our Warwick office.

Ericka Mendoza - Clinical Treatment Facilitator

Ericka has been working at Family Orthodontics since 2004. She loves working with children and their families. She is energetic, high spirited, and tremendously fun to be with. She coordinates our information board and office contests. She lives with her husband, Delfino, and her two sons, Erick and Joseph. She has a passion for singing.

Virginia Garrison - Clinical Treatment Facilitator

Virginia is a former patient who joined our practice in 2001. She enjoys working in orthodontics, because she sees so much change in our growing patients. She has two children, Jeff and Amber. She likes to take long motorcycle rides on nice days. She also enjoys watching old classic movies and loves singing Karaoke.
